The latest data from J.D. Power reveals that customer satisfaction with public electric vehicle (EV) chargers in the United States has significantly improved in the first quarter of 2024. While Tesla’s Supercharger network experienced a decline in satisfaction for the second consecutive quarter, public DC fast chargers and Level 2 chargers, including those operated by companies like ChargePoint and Electrify America, saw an increase in consumer approval ratings.
