Xiaomi SU7 Boosts Capacity with CATL, BYD Batteries

Xiaomi shakes things up by incorporating CATL batteries into the entry-level variant of the SU7 alongside BYD batteries. This move aims to increase production capacity and tackle delivery challenges faced by Xiaomi EV. The standard SU7 model now features batteries from CATL, BYD, and FinDreams Battery, providing a CLTC range of 700 kilometers and 350 kilometers of range on a quick 15-minute charge. To further enhance capacity, Xiaomi EV plans to initiate double-shift production come June, targeting over 10,000 deliveries in a single month.
